Service Description

Our bundle includes pickup from Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and Port Canaveral. We will pick your party up in a timely manner and load your belongings to start your journey to the famous Kennedy Space Center. This bundle includes: *Roundtrip service Includes your pickup from within above areas mentioned * Transfer to KSC * Pickup and drop off to your desired destination within destination limits *A service provided by Hold My Luggage Port Canaveral where your luggage will be safely stored while you visit the attractions. Cancellation Policy

1. Short Notice Cancellation: A cancellation made within [24] hours/ 1 day of the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking cost. The rest will result in a booking credit for future use. No monetary refunds are given. • Advance Notice Cancellation: Cancellations made within 3 Days before the service or more in advance notice will not incur any cancellation fees. 2. No-Show Policy: • If a passenger fails to arrive at the designated pickup location withat the scheduled time without prior notification, it will be considered a "no-show," and the full booking cost will be charged. No credits will be given. 3. Cancellation Procedure: • To cancel a reservation, passengers must notify SSD Travel Services by email, or by contacting our customer service at 321-667-1644/ 888-321-8753. • Cancellations will be confirmed via email or SMS if you prefer. 4. Refunds and Credits: SSD does not issue refunds, we will issue future credits if we have 48 hr cancellation either emailed, or by phone. 5. Special Circumstances: • SSD Travel Services may consider waiving cancellation fees in cases of extreme weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances that affect the service's availability or safety. • Passengers should contact our customer service for assistance in such situations. . Group Bookings: • For group bookings (e.g., corporate events or tours), specific cancellation policies may apply. Changes to Reservations: • Passengers are encouraged to notify us as soon as possible if they need to modify their reservations, and we will do our best to accommodate such changes, subject to availability. We know travel plans change. . Reservation Confirmation: • Passengers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their reservation details, including pickup location, date, and time. SSD will not be liable for missed bookings due to incorrect information provided by passengers. 6. Policy Updates: • SSD Travel Services reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy without prior notice. Passengers are encouraged to review the policy periodically. We usually send updates by email so please check your email for any updates.
